RE: STEAM (shooting team, copyrighted baohui's word)
WE SHOULD:-feel
HAPPY for those who get marksmanship badges! CONGRATS!
example 1)
"hello, squadmate (insert name-) congratulations! on getting yr badge
or getting into steam!"

PROUD that 16 of us got the badges! :)

GRATEFUL we get our badges!

SATISFIED because we HAVE DONE OUR BEST!
WE SHOULD NOT:-be

"hey!! i got 80-something out of 90!! WOW!!" <- IS
WRONGespecially in front of those who didnt get the badge
WE ARE HUMANS, HAVE SOME HUMANITY,
THAT WILL BE MUCH APPRECIATED :D

we got our marksman YET we are unhappy and cry,
because we didnt' get into steam. because, in my opinion
(this is my opinion so dont ambush me okay),
getting the badge is more impt than getting into steam!
there are others who didnt get the badge so be grateful!
i know most of you want steam badly,
but if you didnt, cheer up,
it's not the end of the world

e.g. if a person from cc DID NOT GET MARKSMAN,
you SHOULD NOT say "how can you be sad? you already
got campcraft team!" THIS IS WRONG!!!!
why? because we should be happy for one another
if our squadmates gets achievements.
and it's unfair to the ccperson :)
example 2)
if a person did not get the badge
and you also didnt get, you should not say,
"how can you compare with me?! MY STANDARD IS HIGHER
THAN YOURS, thus we shouldnt compare, obviously
you'll do worse than me" THIS IS WRONG!
example 3)
if a person is in ccteam AND is in CONSIDERATION OF STEAM,
you should not say "this is unfair, you get both,
you should give the chance to someone else"
why is this wrong? BECAUSE.
one. we want CEDAR to be the best, no?
so, we should send THE BEST right?
two. the chance is given to EVERYONE.
unfortunately, we did not get it (for those who didnt)
plus it is not the person's fault she is in ccteam.

you should not cry and make a big fuss
if you got the badge yet you didnt get into steam.
WHY? because! THERE ARE OTHERS WHO DID WORSE THAN YOU!

encourage one another, cheer them on,
give them hope.
for those who didnt get the badge,
HAVE NO FEAR.

we are not defined by whatever teams we are in.
we dont go around introducing ourselves as,
"HELLO I AM A CCTEAM/STEAM MEMBER!"
NO. instead we say, "HELLO I AM (INSERT NAME)
right? WHY? because that's US.
we are DEFINED BY WHO WE ARE.
the best judges are always YOURSELVES.
if a person insults you,
judge whether you think that's true,
if it's true, use yr common sense and improve.
if it's not true,
IGNORE the person.
at the end of the day,
the most important person that has to
feel good about yourself is YOU not anyone else!
do not feel that you are "worthless" "useless"
"nothing" just because you're not in steam or ccteam!
cause everyone of us are equal!
my weakness may be your strength,
yr weakness may be my strength!

if you commit one of the crimes as mentioned in WE SHOULD NOT.

"im sorry (insert name-) YOU ROCK!"
everyone is unique and has her niche or forte,
everyone is specialised in something,
it's just that this something comes out and get
recognised at different times.
just like puberty lah.
we dont get our menses on the same day what!

cause in my eyes, if they've done their best,
